Senior Project Manager – Hematology/Oncology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Act as the main liaison between the sponsor and the organization.

• Ensure that escalation protocols are followed both internally and externally.

• Lead and take ownership of the overall execution of cross-functional projects.

• Maintain financial oversight at the project level.

• Communicate effectively and manage client expectations.

• Facilitate risk identification and issue resolution at the project level.

• Ensure project teams adhere to organizational policies.

• Serve as a mentor and contribute to initiatives aimed at process enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification.

• Over 8 years of experience in managing global Oncology/Hematology trials.

• Proficiency in technical and systems tools (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Strong ability to delegate tasks and prioritize workload effectively.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the therapeutic area and clinical development guidelines.

• Advanced understanding of project management principles.

• Strong financial insight and negotiation abilities.

• Capability to work independently with minimal oversight.
