This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Collaborate with all agency teams to create effective project and staffing strategies.
• Act as a liaison and communication hub among all Agency team members and agency partners.
• Ensure accurate forecasting is conducted for all projects on assigned accounts.
• Oversee a productive and efficient workflow for all projects related to assigned accounts.
• Develop timelines and provide insights on estimates; manage projects to ensure they stay on schedule and within budget.
• Partner with the Creative Services Manager to coordinate and plan creative resources.
• Collaborate with Business Leadership partners to formulate and oversee estimates and budgets.
• Maintain open and constructive communication with all departments.
• Take responsibility for and enforce agency processes by offering constructive feedback.
• Analyze and propose process enhancements to improve efficiency.
• Provide valuable performance feedback for colleagues in all departments.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
• Experience with Veeva Promats for MLR submissions is **REQUIRED**.
• A minimum of 5 years of project or account management experience in a high-volume pharmaceutical advertising agency is **REQUIRED**.
• Proven experience in timeline development and budget management is essential.
• Must be self-driven, professional, detail-oriented, and possess outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure with tight deadlines while maintaining a positive demeanor.
• Proficiency in PC and MS Office Suite software is required.
