Design Producer, Project Manager – Packaging

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison for clients throughout the project lifecycle

• Collect and organize all necessary assets prior to project initiation

• Convert client requirements into concise and actionable design briefs

• Oversee project timelines to ensure deliverables remain on schedule

• Facilitate collaboration between in-house designers and external partners

• Collaborate with the finance team on quotes, approvals, and scope adjustments

• Maintain project tracking for status, ownership, and profitability

• Effectively manage revision cycles and client feedback

• ✔ Over 3 years of experience in client-facing positions within creative agencies, design studios, or related settings

• ✔ Comprehensive understanding of branding and packaging deliverables

• ✔ Exceptional organizational and project management abilities

• ✔ Capacity to manage expectations and uphold processes in a professional manner

• ✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills

• ➕ Experience in the packaging industry

• ➕ Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop deliverables

• ➕ Background in agency production or traffic management
