Senior Project Manager – Field Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Overseeing projects from inception to completion.

• Crafting and dispatching proposals.

• Organizing and scheduling project timelines.

• Promoting safe working practices.

• Facilitating communication both internally and externally.

• Supervising and managing resources throughout the project lifecycle.

• Overseeing billing and payment processes.

• Developing and executing project implementation strategies in alignment with the Executive team.

• Coordinating all logistics necessary for fulfilling client requirements on-site.

• Collaborating with clients and staff to create logistical plans for project execution and support.

• Conducting remote data management of installed equipment.

• Working alongside and managing employees and/or subcontractors for equipment installation or service at client locations.

• Regularly updating clients on project progress.

• Engaging professionally with staff, clients, vendors, and subcontractors on a daily basis.

• Submitting draft and final invoices to clients.

• Ensuring timely payments from clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree - Required.

• A minimum of 5 years project management experience - Required.

• At least 5 years of professional service experience - Required.

• Previous experience with equipment calibration - Required.

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience - Preferred.

• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to problem-solve and find alternative solutions when faced with challenges.

• Capability to train others using specific knowledge related to logistical requirements.

• On-site coordination skills to manage workflow effectively.
