Senior Project Manager – Design & Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• You will serve as the Owner’s Representative during every stage of design and construction, from initial concept to project closeout.

• You will oversee multiple concurrent projects, which include airport rental car facilities, maintenance shops, fueling systems, car wash systems, plumbing and electrical infrastructure, ADA accessibility features, and administrative offices.

• You will supervise programming, design development, permitting, procurement, and construction to ensure they meet company standards, operational needs, and brand identity.

• You will ensure adherence to lease agreements, airport design standards, local building codes, ADA regulations, safety standards, and sustainability objectives.

• You will lead negotiations and maintain relationships with landlords, airport authorities, and regulatory bodies.

• You possess technical expertise in fueling system design, permitting, construction, automatic car wash systems, plumbing and electrical systems and codes, ADA requirements, and IT system cabling design and implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in design and construction project management, ideally in an owner's representative or client-side role.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required (Master’s degree preferred).

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and Primavera is necessary.
