This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of local permitting regulations across different markets.
• Serve as a reliable advisor, assisting clients in navigating complex approval processes to achieve prompt and effective results.
• Establish and nurture strong connections with municipal personnel.
• Manage multiple permitting projects at once, ensuring each project meets critical milestones.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including product, engineering, and leadership, to continually enhance Pulley’s platform.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in architecture, construction, or permitting.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, zoning laws, and permitting procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and an aptitude for fostering solid relationships with clients and municipal officials.
• Proficient in utilizing relevant software tools and adaptable in learning new systems to improve operational effectiveness.
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a closely related discipline.
