Senior Project Manager, Data Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee a multi-disciplinary project team comprising construction managers and contractors while facilitating design and construction meetings with external experts, internal staff, and clients.

• Create and manage comprehensive schedules and capital budgets in collaboration with business clients, real estate, and finance, while supervising bid processes, cost-saving initiatives, change orders, and payments.

• Direct the commissioning and integrated testing of intricate mechanical, electrical, and IT systems, while formulating and reviewing Methods of Procedures (MOPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Perform audits of installed data center components to confirm vendor job scope completion, validate design documentation, and ensure compliance with building codes and NFPA standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in delivering construction projects and client-facing roles within a corporate real estate or military environment.

• Extensive design, operation, or construction expertise with critical infrastructure, along with proven skills in real estate budgeting, accounting, contract management, and vendor supervision.

• Outstanding negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication abilities utilized to influence stakeholders, manage multiple deadlines, and foster trusting client relationships.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or Business/Finance (an advanced degree is highly preferred) and the capability to travel up to 20%.
