Senior Project Manager, Custom Antibodies

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Manage custom Antibody projects from initiation to final delivery.

• Collect requirements for antibody design.

• Generate quotes and provide real-time status updates.

• Act as the main point of contact for project timelines, data integrity, and technical communications.

• Keep accurate records of quotes and ongoing orders.

• Detect workflow inefficiencies and propose strategies to enhance operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related discipline.

• 4–5 years of experience in the life sciences sector.

• Technical expertise in antibody engineering and/or characterization.

• Knowledge of Salesforce and Jira.

• 1–2 years of experience managing scientific projects in a commercial environment.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

• Proven history of identifying workflow inefficiencies and applying effective solutions.
