Senior Project Manager, Custom Antibodies

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Manage custom Antibody projects from initiation through to final delivery

• Collect requirements for antibody design

• Prepare estimates and provide real-time updates on project status

• Act as the main point of contact for project timelines, data quality, and technical communications

• Keep accurate records of quotes and ongoing orders

• Recognize workflow inefficiencies and propose strategies to enhance operations

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related discipline

• 4–5 years of experience in the life sciences

• Technical expertise in antibody engineering and/or characterization

• Knowledge of Salesforce and Jira

• 1–2 years of experience leading scientific projects within a commercial environment

• Capability to collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities

• Proven track record of identifying workflow inefficiencies and applying effective solutions
