📋 Description

• Provide guidance to clients regarding executive leadership frameworks and governance structures.

• Oversee the creation of operational pro formas and models for financial sustainability.

• Assess event production processes and ensure operational readiness.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with municipal entities and public organizations.

• Deliver high-level project leadership within the realm of cultural planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in performing arts organizations.

• In-depth knowledge of operations within performing arts centers.

• Proven expertise in financial planning and operational models.

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.

• Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.
