Senior Project Manager – Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Assisting managers and teams in executing complex business programs and projects.

• Developing both short-term and long-term plans, which include establishing targets for milestones, meeting deadlines, and distributing resources effectively.

• Collaborating with program/process owners, stakeholders, and business partners as needed to convey project objectives, strategies, tactics, and ongoing progress.

• Assigning tasks within the project to team members who are best suited to fulfill them.

• Organizing meetings and maintaining comprehensive notes and documentation for all projects.

• Overseeing the budget, monitoring project progress, and providing reports.

• Acting as a liaison for relevant teams to ensure project activities are aligned with one another.

• Communicating with clients to ensure the project remains in line with their objectives.

• Inspiring stakeholders involved in the project to complete their tasks punctually.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in project/program management within a corporate setting, specifically in the technology sector and/or marketing-related positions.

• Residency in Washington State or Texas.

• Proven experience in articulating value propositions for services and solutions.

• Documented ability to develop and enhance programs and processes to increase efficiency and scalability.

• Exceptional communication and writing capabilities.

• Experience managing ambiguous requests, with the ability to distill information into actionable recommendations for diverse audiences.

• Proven track record in cultivating and enhancing relationships across various offerings or relevant business lines.

• Strong skills in cross-team collaboration.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Project Management methodologies.

• Advanced skills in PowerPoint.

• Experience as a full-time employee or contractor for a Fortune 100 company (preferred).

• Experience in a consulting role (preferred).

• PMP or other project management certifications (preferred).
