This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee projects and execute tasks in accordance with company SOPs and established regulatory standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on individual studies and certain sponsor portfolios.
• Take the lead in managing Cogstate’s intricate global clinical trial projects independently.
• Handle Clinical Trials projects in various phases: Start-Up, Conduct, or Close-Out (managing multiple projects simultaneously).
• Proactively address risks with assurance, showcasing strong leadership in assisting team members through difficulties.
• Participate in Investigator Meetings to ensure Cogstate’s representation is strong.
• Collaborate within an Agile environment alongside a designated Portfolio Team.
• Supervise resources and financial aspects across a Portfolio of Projects.
• Create invoices for assigned projects in alignment with anticipated timelines and project progression.
• Maintain the change order process actively.
• Manage internal projects aimed at enhancing processes for the integration of new technologies.
• Formulate operational deployment plans for new systems, including training initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Business Development and project teams to manage relationships and support proposals for key accounts.
• Analyze reports on project hours and budget utilization, making necessary adjustments in partnership with Operations Line Managers.
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, business, or technical field (psychology, nursing, biology, sociology, computer science, or engineering).
• Master’s degree preferred (in science or business) but not required.
• PMP Certification is preferred but not essential.
• Prior experience in a CRO is preferable.
• Experience with CNS is required.
• A minimum of 7 years of Project Management experience in a Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or CRO setting.
• Supervisory or mentoring experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience in Relationship Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in budget management.
