This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Interact daily with customers (BWROG members) to comprehend fleet requirements, pinpoint emerging challenges, and define project scope in alignment with industry priorities.
• Lead cross-functional technical teams comprising utility subject matter experts (SMEs), GVH engineering personnel, vendors, and national laboratories to produce high-quality technical outputs and solutions.
• Create and oversee comprehensive budgets and schedules, demonstrating strong discipline in estimation, monitoring, and early identification of risks.
• Assist committee chairs in organizing and executing committee activities, which include agenda creation, action item oversight, decision documentation, and long-term strategic planning.
• Represent GVH at BWROG meetings, regulatory discussions, and industry conferences.
• Implement Lean and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance internal processes, documentation quality, governance, and communication with stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field (Engineering preferred).
• At least 10 years of experience in the nuclear energy sector, including a minimum of 5 years at a commercial nuclear power facility in roles related to operations, engineering, maintenance, licensing, or similar areas.
• At least 5 years of experience in technical program or project management, leading cross-disciplinary teams with accountability for budget, schedule, and scope.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and customer relationship skills, with the capability to engage both technical SMEs and utility executives.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 25% (mostly domestic, with the possibility of international travel).
• If not currently PMP certified, a commitment and ability to acquire this certification within 8 months.
