Director, Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Accountable for leading and supervising global initiatives and timelines concerning the execution of full-service clinical trials, which includes managing project management and project finance teams.

• As a member of the senior leadership group, engage in formulating and executing organizational strategies, technologies, and best practices that guarantee exceptional customer service, employee development, quality information management reporting, and effective divisional goals—both short- and long-term—that align with the organization's vision, mission, and trajectory.

• The role encompasses the development and enhancement of policies and processes, product quality assurance, compliance monitoring, and management of staff resources, along with overseeing the performance of staff and contractors.

• Provide expertise, guidance, and representation for project and finance teams in interactions with sponsors/clients throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure that all team members provide high-quality, timely services and that service delivery processes adhere to corporate and industry best practices while complying with all regulatory requirements and guidelines.

• Assist Business Development by contributing to bid development and defense as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Undergraduate or Honors Bachelor) combined with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience and ongoing training/development.

• Extensive experience in leading full-service project management, including coaching and guiding a team with a focus on excellence.

• Financial Resource Management: considerable financial accountability, including active participation in budget formulation and independent spending and revenue generation decisions as dictated by company policy or financial processes, reconciliation, and reporting.
