Project Manager, Research Clinicians

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee and execute a portfolio of global Remote Research Clinicians projects, ensuring full responsibility for quality, timelines, and results.

• Act as the main point of contact for Sponsors, Sites, and clinicians, establishing trusted and effective working relationships.

• Manage project finances, encompassing budget creation, forecasting (EAC), invoicing, scope alignment, and change management.

• Create and uphold essential project documentation, including project plans, trackers, presentations, and communications with stakeholders.

• Identify and proactively address risks, issues, and quality concerns, implementing necessary corrective and preventive measures.

• Build, lead, and mentor cross-functional project teams, encouraging collaboration and supporting professional growth.

• Monitor, analyze, and report project metrics to facilitate informed decision-making.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance delivery, expedite activities, and apply best practices across projects.

• Serve as a change advocate, promoting corporate initiatives and ongoing improvement efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in clinical research, with at least 2 years in a Project Manager position.

• Familiarity with remote visits and clinicians and/or decentralized trials (e.g., RN, RD, phlebotomist).

• Practical experience collaborating directly with clinical research sites.

• Strong understanding of clinical trial execution, including ICH-GCP and relevant regulatory standards.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational abilities.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.
