Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and guide the planning, preparation, and execution of intricate and high-stakes clinical trial or Regulatory projects and/or programs.

• Collaborate with internal departments and company leadership, as well as engage with sponsors and vendors externally.

• Propel activities to completion with minimal assistance while mentoring team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in life/health sciences or a related field, or an equivalent qualification is required.

• 5 to 8 years of Project Management experience leading global and complex clinical trials in a Clinical Research Organization or Pharmaceutical Company.

• Required skills include executive-level communication, both written and oral, interpersonal skills, and strong planning and organizational abilities.

• Solid understanding of the drug development process and regulatory requirements, including familiarity with the International Conference on Harmonisation (ICH).

• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

• Must be action-oriented and resilient in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to lead high-performing cross-functional project teams, inspire others, and manage relationships with both internal and external team members, including vendors and clients.

• Advanced skills in stakeholder communication, problem-solving, and decision-making.
