Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Oversee intricate strategic projects that significantly contribute to our goal of empowering customers to create a healthier, cleaner, and safer world.

• Steer the successful implementation of key initiatives across various functions, ensuring on-time delivery, risk management, and alignment with stakeholders.

• Handle multiple high-priority projects concurrently, coordinating cross-functional teams throughout the entire project lifecycle while staying focused on business goals and quality standards.

• Introduce process enhancements, innovative technologies, and transformative changes that improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced degree with 6 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects.

• Preferred academic backgrounds: engineering, business, science, or related disciplines.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or an equivalent qualification is highly desirable.

• Proven success in managing multiple simultaneous projects with budgets exceeding $500K.

• Strong expertise in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Agile/Scrum).

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities for engaging stakeholders at every level.

• Demonstrated capacity to collaborate and coordinate in a matrix environment without direct authority.

• Experience with change management and continuous improvement practices.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Outstanding organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capability to work effectively in a dynamic setting while maintaining focus on objectives.

• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% may be necessary.

• Experience in a regulated/GMP environment is preferred.

• Familiarity with relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO, FDA) is desirable.

• Proven track record in stakeholder management and relationship-building.

• Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk effectively.
