• Implement projects by collaborating closely with executive-level project sponsors within the Sales Enablement sector.
• Enhance customer engagement initiatives for both new and existing clients, aligning with their business objectives.
• Execute impactful engagements, facilitating meetings (both in-person and virtual) to ensure client satisfaction.
• Create detailed project plans, timelines, and work breakdown structures to maintain accountability.
• Monitor engagement scopes and collaborate with customers to estimate and manage changes in scope.
• Generate thorough weekly status reports and communication strategies for stakeholders.
• Proactively identify implementation risks and efficiently implement mitigation strategies.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customer stakeholders, fostering an atmosphere of trust.
• Conduct both qualitative and quantitative assessments of deliverables, budgets, timelines, and project scope.
• Guide and mentor project team members across various time zones.
• 5 - 8 + years of experience in professional services, management consulting, customer success, business analysis, or other client-facing roles.
• Demonstrated success in managing enterprise SaaS implementations utilizing both waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Experience leading projects with cross-functional teams across multiple concurrent engagements.
• Strong communication skills with business, technical, and Executive & C-level stakeholders.
• Ability to create order in ambiguous situations and design effective processes to ensure project success.
• Experience working with complex, multi-divisional, and geographically dispersed clients.
• Capability to comprehend and document business requirements, providing recommendations through active listening.
• Willingness to travel up to 5-10% for onsite customer visits.
• Familiarity with FinancialForce and Atlassian products is preferred.
• PMP certification or Scrum Master designation is a plus.
• Proficiency in the German language is an advantage.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent qualification.
• Seismic's annual base salary range for this role will vary based on the applicant's location, experience, job level, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
• This position is also eligible for participation in Seismic's incentive plans in addition to the base salary.
