Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Independently execute multiple high-complexity research projects at various stages from sale to delivery with precision.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, internal teams, and vendors.

• Assess project specifications and research design for effective data collection and fielding.

• Continuously oversee project components, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.

• Manage external vendors and partners to ensure adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.

• Maintain communication with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle to provide updates, recommendations, and address any concerns with senior staff.

• Utilize Sago systems efficiently throughout the project's duration.

• Collaborate with clients to provide timely updates on project progress.

• Deploy samples, coordinate with vendors, and monitor field operations to ensure completion of required quotas on schedule, including reports, quota reports, field reports, etc.

• Work collaboratively to support internal and external teams in coding, analysis, and reporting.

• Validate and prepare data deliveries.

• Meet client expectations by delivering high-quality data efficiently while maintaining project margins.

• Share knowledge with the team on tools and methodologies that enhance daily task efficiencies, and assist in training and shadowing as needed.

• Anticipate challenges and resolve them independently most of the time; escalate issues to your Team Lead/Manager when necessary.

• Continuously seek to improve internal processes.

• Perform other assigned duties.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience is preferred.

• 3-5 years of experience in a Project Manager role or a related position is required.

• Experience as a Market Research Project Manager or Senior Project Manager is preferred.

• Familiarity with research design, reporting, data analysis, international data collection, and multi-mode methodology is a plus.

• Experience with DIY survey tools and/or panel software is an advantage.
