Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• As a member of the Professional Services team, the Senior Project Manager will oversee the onboarding of new clients, the expansion of existing client relationships, and the management of special projects as they emerge, particularly focusing on complex and enterprise-level initiatives.

• Each project engagement will involve defining project goals and success metrics, evaluating and documenting the project scope, executing deliverables, liaising with the customer’s project teams, coordinating the activities of cross-functional team members internally, and ensuring quality control throughout the project's lifecycle.

• The Senior Project Manager will also play a key role in supporting the PM team manager in training, developing, and mentoring team members, contributing to the creation and enhancement of standards and processes, and collaborating with the PM team manager to monitor and improve team performance towards achieving departmental and team KPIs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent professional experience.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager/Project Manager in a food and beverage manufacturing environment.

• Direct experience working on the plant floor is mandatory.

• Proven experience in deploying SaaS solutions for manufacturing companies, specifically within the Food & Beverage sector.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio).

• Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget while effectively communicating and resolving issues in a professional manner.

• Highly motivated self-starter with a strong drive to succeed.

• Dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction and passionate about customer success.

• Capable of working independently and collaboratively with teams across various organizational levels.

• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities, particularly under pressure, while managing multiple projects.

• Willingness to travel to customer sites (25%).
