Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery of software projects from initial discovery to final launch.

• Serve as the primary point of accountability for project scope, timelines, quality, and client satisfaction.

• Independently lead the discovery phase and gather requirements (including stakeholder interviews, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and wireframes).

• Establish clear, measurable deliverables and ensure consensus on the definition of completion.

• Adopt a product-oriented mindset: challenge assumptions, prioritize based on business value, and optimize project scope for timely delivery.

• Develop engineering-ready documentation (such as functional specifications, API contracts, data models, and edge cases).

• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude Code or similar) to prototype solutions and expedite delivery.

• Build and manage delivery teams, including staffing, onboarding, and adjusting team composition as needed.

• Facilitate delivery processes (planning, daily standups, demos, retrospectives) while maintaining a well-organized backlog.

• Proactively communicate with clients about progress, risks, and important decisions.

• Coordinate Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes, validate deliverables, and test critical workflows prior to release.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience managing software development projects.

• Background in outsourcing or product environments.

• Strong grasp of modern web and cloud technologies (such as AWS).

• Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects from start to finish.

• Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities with a keen eye for detail.
