Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive execution and communication of intricate, multi-stakeholder projects that encompass strategy, operations, analytics, marketing, and frontline teams.

• Convert strategic initiatives into practical project plans, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with senior leadership.

• Facilitate cross-functional efforts, ensuring alignment on objectives, accountability, and deliverables.

• Assist with intake, prioritization, and resource allocation across various initiatives and business requirements.

• Predict potential obstacles and dependencies for achieving project outcomes, utilizing subject matter expertise to provide recommendations and escalate when necessary.

• Aid in the advancement of the SSC project management office as both projects and the team expand.

• Engage in and document the development of project management processes and operating rhythms throughout SSC, offering suggestions for scalable solutions to accommodate anticipated growth.

• Oversee documentation, issue resolution, reporting, and communication rhythms that foster stakeholder trust and transparency.

• Create clear and concise presentations to convey progress and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business/Workforce/Operations Management, Statistics, Economics/Finance, or related disciplines).

• At least 4 years of project management experience in complex work environments (projects involving multiple stakeholder groups).

• PMP, ScrumMaster, or equivalent certification.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Familiarity with project management tools (Wrike, Workfront, Asana).

• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
