Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• End-to-End Delivery Management: Oversee multiple complex agency accounts concurrently, from the initial kickoff to the final handoff, while proactively ensuring that milestones are met across branding, design, and website assets.

• Proactive Client Account Management: Act as the primary day-to-day relational contact for social impact stakeholders. Facilitate planning sessions, manage revision cycles, and anticipate client needs to prevent potential bottlenecks.

• Asana Workflow Architecture: Create and supervise comprehensive project lifecycles within Asana, replicating internal templates and ensuring team-wide accountability for deadlines.

• WordPress Content Architecture & Support: Implement routine frontend website layout changes, text modifications, and image updates directly using WordPress page builders, particularly Beaver Builder or Elementor.

• Rigorous Quality Control: Conduct thorough, multi-device inspections (desktop, tablet, mobile) on all web developments and design assets to identify structural issues, broken links, off-brand copy, or styling errors prior to client presentation.

• Partner Coordination: Oversee production timelines and directly liaise with external copywriters, graphic designers, and technical web developers to address outstanding build tickets.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ Years of Agency Project Management Experience: Demonstrated experience in tracking deadlines, milestones, and deliverables within a creative branding, digital marketing, or web development agency.

• Relational Polish & High Empathy: Strongly committed to social impact initiatives. Outstanding interpersonal skills are essential; must be adept at leading discussions, presenting creative ideas, and fostering meaningful relationships with international clients.

• Practical knowledge of WordPress layout systems, with the technical expertise to perform frontend text or asset edits within page builders confidently.

• A keen eye for visual alignment, font consistency, and functional layout checks across digital platforms.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong proficiency in using Asana for task management and familiarity with digital collaboration tools.
