Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee and execute medium-to-large, intricate projects or several simultaneous initiatives with a significant impact on the enterprise.

• Develop and implement project strategies, governance structures, and delivery standards that align with the organization's objectives.

• Manage project timelines, interdependencies, risks, and dependencies across various cross-functional teams.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

• Deliver executive-level communications and reports.

• Influence decision-making and ensure alignment among Legal, Compliance, Data Privacy, Product, Marketing, Operations, and other departments.

• Monitor project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and proactively address risks.

• Mentor and support junior project managers.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of PMO practices.

• Assist with go-to-market execution, which includes launch readiness, cross-functional coordination, and post-launch optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–9+ years of experience in project management, ideally within complex, cross-functional, or regulated settings.

• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and proactively advance initiatives.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capacity to engage effectively with executive leadership.

• Experience in leading complex, cross-functional projects while navigating shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and resource limitations.

• Solid understanding of project governance, risk management, and performance monitoring frameworks.

• Preferred experience in regulated sectors such as financial services, data privacy, or compliance.

• Proficiency with project management software such as Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar tools.

• Experience utilizing AI tools in project management practices.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodology certifications are preferred.
