📋 Description

• Oversee and execute medium to large-scale, intricate projects or several simultaneous initiatives that have a substantial impact on the enterprise.

• Establish and implement project strategies, governance structures, and delivery standards that align with the organization's objectives.

• Manage project roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and interdependencies among cross-functional teams.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, delivering executive-level communication and reporting.

• Influence decision-making and foster alignment across Legal, Compliance, Data Privacy, Product, Marketing, Operations, and other departments.

• Monitor project performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and take proactive measures to mitigate risks.

• Mentor and support junior project managers while contributing to the ongoing enhancement of PMO practices.

• Assist with go-to-market strategies, including launch readiness, cross-functional collaboration, and post-launch optimization as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–9+ years of project management experience, preferably in complex, cross-functional, or regulated settings.

• Capability to work autonomously and proactively advance initiatives.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to effectively engage with executive leadership.

• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives while managing shifting priorities, tight timelines, and resource limitations.

• Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and performance tracking frameworks.

• Experience in regulated environments is preferred.

• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.

• Experience utilizing AI tools in project management practices.

• Preferred certifications include PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies.
