Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversees medium-sized (5-15 countries and/or full service) or large (>15 countries, full service) projects/programs with general supervision, primarily responsible for delivering project outputs that meet established quality standards, on schedule and within budget.

• Upholds and advocates for delivery and service principles when engaging with PSI customers.

• Guides project teams in their efforts.

• Supervises small (<5 countries and/or limited services) projects/programs.

• Ensures the production of project outputs adheres to predefined quality standards, is completed on time and within budget, while promoting delivery and service principles in interactions with PSI customers.

• Serves as the main escalation point for all project-related concerns from PSI customers, vendors, project teams, and representatives from other functional areas.

• Provides training, mentorship, and coaching to Regional Project Leads and Project Managers within the department.

• Engages in feasibility research activities.

• Assists with business development tasks, including proposal creation, client presentations, bid defense meetings, and similar activities.

• Enforces company standard practices and ensures compliance with intradepartmental procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in the clinical research industry.

• At least 4 years of experience in global, project-level clinical project management, encompassing management of all project phases from initiation to closure, oversight of all functional services, and vendor management.

• Proven experience in managing global projects.

• Preferred experience in Gastroenterology, with additional experience in Oncology and radiopharmaceuticals considered a plus.
