Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Manage various simultaneous cross-functional projects encompassing digital launches, marketing initiatives, live and virtual events, coaching programs, digital products/platforms, podcast/media ventures, and corporate objectives.

• Develop and sustain comprehensive project plans, timelines, dependencies, milestones, ownership, and workflows using Asana or comparable tools.

• Spearhead intricate initiatives across Marketing, Copywriting, Marketing Automation, Customer Operations, Events, Coaching, Product, Sales, leadership, and external collaborators.

• Formulate precise plans, define ownership, outline dependencies, and create recovery strategies for projects that are falling behind schedule.

• Facilitate digital launches that involve CRM and marketing automation workflows, customer journeys, promotional timelines, email campaigns, landing pages, content creation, testing, and strict launch deadlines.

• Identify potential risks, manage dependencies, hold stakeholders accountable, escalate concerns, and communicate when deliverables or timelines are at jeopardy.

• Confirm the completion of work by reviewing essential deliverables, validating requirements, conducting final quality assurance checks, and addressing execution gaps.

• Evaluate the current project management landscape and Asana framework.

• Maintain effective processes, pinpoint areas for improvement, and implement enhancements.

• Supervise a Project Coordinator while fostering increased visibility and accountability throughout the organization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to convert business goals into actionable plans and successful results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of direct experience in project management, launch management, product/program management, or analogous cross-functional roles in a dynamic organization.

• Proven experience in leading complex projects within multiple established departments and functional teams.

• Ability to enforce accountability, resolve conflicting dependencies, and keep teams focused without personally executing every delayed task.

• A history of leading interdepartmental teams in remote environments.

• Exceptional attention to detail; work must be precise, accurate, and timely.

• Experience in a coaching company, digital education business, performance marketing firm, agency, membership organization, or another entrepreneurial environment focused on launches.

• Strong comprehension of digital marketing and launch processes, including CRM/marketing automation, email campaigns, landing pages, promotional timelines, and cross-functional dependencies.

• Extensive experience with project management systems; proficiency in Asana is highly desirable.

• A high ownership mindset with the ability to close loops, proactively identify issues, verify outcomes, and advance work without constant oversight.

• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification is a plus.

• Familiarity with Infusionsoft/Keap, HubSpot, or similar CRM/automation platforms is advantageous.

• Background in coaching, personal development, information products, or direct sales is beneficial.

• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and capable of creating dashboards and reports is a plus.

• Availability to work an 8-5 or 9-6 EST schedule.

• This position is not available in California, New York, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania.
