Senior Project Manager

📋 Description

• In collaboration with the Head of Department (HOD), you will assist the team in overseeing and managing revenue realization for all projects in alignment with budget and forecasts.

• You will take part in developing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships aimed at enhancing and advancing these capabilities for both your team and the organization as a whole.

• You will collaborate across departmental and regional lines to exchange and acquire knowledge necessary to fulfill product delivery requirements.

• You will guide others in the formulation and implementation of project plans, making adjustments as necessary, which includes project staffing, resource allocation, and budgeting.

• You will engage with clients and relevant personnel on assigned projects, fostering positive relationships, managing escalations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• You will be at ease interacting with the C-level management of Körber Pharma Software and our clients.

• You will assist in the recruitment process and mentor others in your area of expertise.

• You will manage national and international projects within a regulated industry that may encompass one or multiple lines of business throughout the complete project life cycle.

• You will take charge of risk identification, reporting, and management.

• You will consistently monitor and identify opportunities for developing and enhancing knowledge, skills, and processes related to your subject matter expertise.

• You will perform project-related control tasks in close collaboration with the control team.

• You will provide guidance to customers in project management and the implementation of business requirements.

• You will lead the project team by inspiring and motivating team members to achieve project objectives while adhering to their responsibilities and project timelines.

• You will apply creativity and analytical skills in a problem-solving environment, showcasing teamwork, innovation, and excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a Bachelor of Science degree in a scientific field or computer science; an MBA or Master of Science degree is preferred.

• You have a comprehensive understanding of MES / ERP systems' general architecture and its business functions.

• You are self-driven, energetic, and have an enthusiastic personality.

• You exhibit strong analytical skills along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• You ideally have relevant certifications and experience that correspond with your area of expertise (such as PMP certification).

• You demonstrate strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills, including the capacity to lead across various business and technology organizations.

• You have experience in leading, motivating, and managing diverse project and program teams, including both internal and external resources, while holding the team accountable for performance.

• You possess substantial experience presenting to executive sponsors, showcasing strong communication skills, both written and oral, with both technical and non-technical staff.

• You are comfortable with influencing and securing buy-in from executive sponsors, team members, stakeholders, and peers.

• You exhibit flexibility with a proven ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving skills.

• You have interpersonal skills that enable you to influence and drive change, facilitating and enhancing performance in a cross-functional environment.

• You can demonstrate decisiveness in problem resolution, decision-making, and prioritization.
