• Oversee the complete delivery of customer-oriented implementation projects, ensuring completion within the specified time, scope, and budget.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the engagement, coordinating internal resources, managing risks, and fostering accountability among cross-functional teams.
• Project revenue forecasting, margin management, and maintaining the overall financial health of the project.
• Establish success criteria and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders while ensuring technical feasibility.
• Secure and allocate necessary resources; create and sustain detailed project plans.
• Manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs; monitor and report on project performance.
• Lead customer-facing status meetings and generate status reports.
• Maintain client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, manage, and escalate project risks and dependencies as needed.
• Keep comprehensive documentation of the project.
• Collaborate with project management peers to enhance process efficiency.
• Develop customer relationships to facilitate future sales opportunities.
• Create and present project dashboards to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.
• A four-year degree or equivalent experience (5+ years of relevant work experience).
• Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, and organization.
• Experience in enterprise software delivery, including familiarity with deploying enterprise software in both SaaS and on-premises environments, as well as hybrid architectures that combine cloud-hosted product components with customer-managed infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of common implementation dependencies such as databases, application gateways, site-to-site VPN tunnels, SSO/identity providers, and secrets management.
• Ability to engage in credible discussions with customer infrastructure, security, and network teams to ensure project success.
• Ability to recognize when a customer-side blocker (such as firewall rules, certificate issues, or server readiness) may affect the delivery timeline and escalate the issue proactively.
• Exceptional written, verbal, client-facing, and internal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• PMP or PMI-ACP certification is preferred.
• Experience with change-management processes related to professional services projects.
• Preferred experience in managing relationships with both external and internal customers.
• Capability to manage multiple high-profile workstreams simultaneously.
• Preferred experience in creating or reviewing professional services Statements of Work (SOWs).
