Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage intricate technical and strategic projects utilizing Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.

• Take ownership of project delivery from inception to successful completion, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, budget, and business objectives.

• Proactively identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies in collaboration with project teams, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.

• Facilitate the prioritization and sequencing of tasks in accordance with business goals and organizational priorities.

• Cultivate robust partnerships across teams and influence decisions and outcomes effectively.

• Provide mentorship to less experienced project managers and team members on best practices for project delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of proven experience in technical project management across various methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

• Demonstrated executive presentation skills, capable of confidently presenting to executive teams, leading high-visibility project updates, and effectively communicating recommendations, trade-offs, and decisions.

• Exceptional organizational and planning capabilities, able to manage multiple complex initiatives, competing priorities, and evolving business demands.

• Ability to clearly define project strategy, scope, and outcomes, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives, organizational priorities, and stakeholder expectations.

• Proficient in working effectively at all organizational levels and influencing stakeholders without direct authority to foster alignment, accountability, and consensus.

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, capable of navigating ambiguity, anticipating challenges, and developing practical solutions collaboratively with stakeholders.

• Robust change leadership skills within complex organizational settings.

• Proven ability to utilize AI-enabled tools and workflows to improve project management practices, including planning, reporting, risk analysis, stakeholder communications, meeting summaries, and decision support.

• PMP Certification is mandatory.

• Agile certification (Scrum Master/Product Owner/Agile Certified Professional) is desirable.

• Experience with AI tools or a demonstrated willingness to learn is a plus.
