This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Independently lead projects, with potential support from an Assistant Project Manager.
• Oversee complex projects and manage a significant portfolio of business.
• Make critical decisions regarding project processes, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Manage the complete project development cycle in accordance with business processes and quality standards.
• Prepare and submit documentation for medical/legal review in alignment with client guidelines.
• Develop project status reports and deliver internal and external updates.
• Conduct daily and weekly production meetings.
• Maintain project management systems such as FinancialForce, Ziflow, and CRM.
• Spearhead process improvement initiatives.
• Establish project milestones and create detailed schedules.
• Ensure that deliverables adhere to schedules and stay within budget constraints.
• Monitor project and campaign budgets on a weekly basis.
• Facilitate monthly internal reconciliation meetings and generate client budget reports.
• Identify and address project risks proactively.
• Manage relationships with vendors and agency partners to ensure successful execution and deliverables.
• Assess resource requirements and collaborate with resourcing managers and project managers.
• Review monthly staffing forecasts.
• Present capabilities and processes to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Cultivate relationships with development teams, vendors, agency partners, and clients.
• Assist in the training of Assistant Project Managers.
• Supervise an Assistant Project Manager, including conducting bi-weekly one-on-one meetings.
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical marketing agency is required; AOR experience is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree (BA) is necessary.
• Proven experience managing large cross-functional teams, including account services, creative, strategy, database, interactive, and print production.
• Experience working with multiple vendors and managing their timelines and requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Project or SmartSheets is essential.
• Advanced knowledge of project management financial platforms is required.
• Exceptional Excel skills are necessary.
• Experience in leading process improvement initiatives.
