Project Manager, Communications Assistant for Video Agency

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Engage and collaborate effectively with our clients.

• Serve as the liaison between clients and the editorial team.

• Manage ongoing video projects efficiently.

• Gather, communicate, and follow up on client feedback.

• Monitor deadlines and project progress.

• Ensure seamless project execution without unnecessary complications.

• You possess clear, reliable, and courteous communication skills.

• You are capable of working independently and juggling multiple projects simultaneously.

• You are organized and comfortable taking on responsibility.

• Previous experience in project management or client communication is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with video editing or a solid understanding of the editing process is highly beneficial.

• While you are not required to edit, having a grasp of how the editing workflow operates is ideal.

• Expected commitment of approximately 10–15 hours per week; hours are flexible and can be increased if necessary.
