This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Oversee and enforce the project intake procedure, which includes investigating and prioritizing new requests.
• Direct the planning and execution of intricate, multi-channel marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery within defined scopes.
• Manage project delivery within a designated line of business, ensuring alignment and coordination across several concurrent initiatives.
• Collect and convert business and technical requirements into clear, actionable project strategies.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, such as project plans, schedules, communication plans, and risk/issue logs.
• Coordinate resources across various projects, ensuring proper allocation of team members and alignment with project priorities.
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, managing communication throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely achievement of project milestones.
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and conflicts across projects, implementing strategies for mitigation.
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership, highlighting key milestones and potential impacts.
• Facilitate project meetings, including kickoff, status updates, and post-project reviews.
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance project workflows, processes, and team efficacy, adopting best practices.
• Provide direction and oversight to Project Managers within the same line of business, ensuring execution consistency and balanced workloads.
• Over 5 years of project management experience, ideally in Marketing or a related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and easily adapt between projects.
• Familiarity with the steps involved in the creative and campaign implementation processes across all channels.
• Experience with Project Portfolio Management tools is a plus.
• Solid understanding of project management fundamentals, including both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in leading and managing teams or other project managers.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
