This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee large-scale customer projects throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Act as the main point of contact for significant programs of work involving high-touch clients, offering insights on system performance, best practices, and account status updates.
• Prioritize initiatives in alignment with business needs and requirements.
• Advise customers as they enhance their online processes.
• Monitor progress against milestones, budget guidelines, and other performance indicators, while preparing reports for senior management.
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and other pertinent documentation.
• Identify potential risks during implementation and strategize mitigation plans.
• Assess and evaluate customer business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover improvement areas, and devise as well as implement solutions.
• Empower customers to leverage the AMANDA Product by developing project plans that align with their implementation objectives.
• Engage in sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings, providing constructive feedback to the team.
• Collaborate effectively with internal partners.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, ideally in a customer-facing role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and sustain strong client relationships.
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and trend identification to uncover opportunities for improvement.
• Familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and industry best practices.
• Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Skilled in conflict management and influencing decision-making across all organizational levels.
• Outstanding organizational and planning capabilities with experience managing complex, multifaceted projects.
• Proven track record in proactively gathering insights about product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Proactive and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, including listening, verbal, and written abilities.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required.
