Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Oversee small to medium-sized projects while assisting the CEO with larger or more intricate projects from initial design through to construction administration.

• Take charge of daily communication with clients, consultants, contractors, the CEO, and the internal team.

• Provide updates, summaries of meetings, decisions required, and outline next steps.

• Assess drawings, specifications, and documentation for precision, completeness, and feasibility.

• Lead comprehensive trade coordination among structural, MEP, civil, and other consultants.

• Monitor schedules, budgets, consultant outputs, and critical client decision points.

• Oversee construction administration tasks, including RFIs, submittals, ASIs/addenda, field observations, and tracking of unresolved issues.

• Guide Project Architects, Designers, and other team members while ensuring the team meets deadlines and maintains quality standards.

• Travel to project sites may be required up to 30% based on project and firm requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a licensed architect.

• Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in architecture.

• Have 12+ years of professional architectural experience.

• Possess at least 8 years of experience in a project manager capacity.

• Minimum of 8 years of construction administration experience, including full lifecycle management of assigned projects.

• Exhibiting strong technical detailing abilities.

• Extensive experience in coordinating construction documents across structural, MEP, civil, and other trades.

• Proficient in advanced Revit.

• Solid technical understanding of construction methods, detailing, and code compliance.

• Demonstrated clear and confident communication skills with clients, consultants, contractors, and the internal team.

• A portfolio showcasing project leadership and technical detailing is required.

• Must reside in the Denver metro area, within 50 miles of Denver International Airport.

• NCARB Certification, experience with Autodesk Forma/Construction Cloud, and Deltek Vantagepoint are advantageous.
