Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• In the role of Senior Project Manager, assist the Managing Director in overseeing and directing several long-term initiatives within CCC’s strategic project portfolio.

• Drive the execution of CPP’s strategic project investigating investment prospects in Canada’s circular plastics economy.

• Act as the main liaison for project partners, funders, research teams, and consultants.

• Manage project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting to ensure timely delivery within the defined scope, budget, and resource parameters.

• Coordinate research project activities with partners and consultants while overseeing and reviewing deliverables.

• Foster and uphold robust relationships with partners, funders, and stakeholders.

• Assist in the planning, administration, and execution of events and activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in project management, stakeholder relations, or a similar position.

• Previous experience in business development, communications, design, systems thinking, and consulting is advantageous, including skills in report writing and/or proposal writing.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing demands.

• Experience engaging with circular economy and materials management stakeholders across sectors such as construction, real estate, government, non-profit, and academia.

• Exceptional organizational capabilities with a strong focus on detail.

• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to synthesize research and manage processes related to research.

• Experience in planning and facilitating both virtual and in-person workshops and meetings, including agenda development and coordination.

• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, foresee needs, and perform with minimal oversight.

• Experience collaborating with remote, geographically dispersed teams.

• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
