Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee timely project delivery, accountability for profit & loss, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Assist the Project Director in structuring project costs within Oracle ERP.

• Engage in project kickoff meetings with customers, internal teams, and/or suppliers.

• Create and maintain a project roster, including the assignment and oversight of training activities to ensure timely completion.

• Develop and issue the Project Management Plan along with related project plans and procedures.

• Aid in the development and implementation of project infrastructure and tools.

• Ensure adherence to U.S. export control regulations and other applicable requirements.

• Support the coordination of project activities and track the progress of project deliverables.

• Organize and preserve project correspondence and records.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

• At least 4 years of professional experience in project management, engineering, or business.

• Alternatively, a high school diploma or GED with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in project management, engineering, or business.

• Must be eligible for access to U.S. export-controlled information.

• Experience in BWR Operations/Maintenance is highly preferred.

• Experience in training development or training programs is highly preferred.

• A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a STEM field is preferred.

• Basic financial or accounting knowledge is essential.

• Familiarity with Boiling Water Reactor (BWR) or Sodium Fast Reactor (SFR) designs is advantageous.

• Understanding of the power industry, customer base, and competitive landscape.

• Proven ability to support project budget, schedule, and quality goals.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.).

• Lean Six Sigma training and experience is a plus.
