Project Manager – Freelancer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

• We are in the process of establishing a network of Freelance Project Managers capable of leading, executing, and delivering intricate digital projects from inception to launch. We seek execution-oriented professionals for collaboration on a freelance basis—either part-time or full-time, depending on project requirements.

• What We’re Looking For

• - **Software Delivery Experience:** A solid history of managing web or mobile software initiatives, whether you are navigating the complexities of an MVP or scaling an existing product.

• - **Agile Expertise + Pragmatism:** A robust understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies combined with a pragmatic approach; you recognize when to adhere to the framework and when to adjust for successful delivery.

• - **Financial & Scope Discipline:** Experience in managing fixed-price projects, maintaining strict scope limits, and proactively monitoring budgets to ensure projects remain profitable and on track.

• - **Technical Literacy:** While coding is not a requirement, a foundational understanding of technical concepts is essential to communicate effectively with developers and evaluate technical limitations.

• - **Client-Facing Confidence:** Strong ability to engage directly with customers and business stakeholders. You can manage expectations, communicate difficult news, and cultivate trust with ease.

• - **Fluent English (Min. C1):** Exceptional proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential, as the majority of our clients are English-speaking teams.
