This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Develop comprehensive kitchen and bathroom remodeling designs utilizing **2020 Design** software.
• Create cabinet layouts, floor plans, elevations, 3D renderings, and construction documentation.
• Analyze and interpret job site measurements to generate precise, buildable designs.
• Design appealing and functional spaces that meet client expectations, project requirements, and budget constraints.
• Modify designs in response to client feedback, site conditions, supplier stipulations, and project manager input.
• Confirm design accuracy prior to quoting, ordering, or installing materials.
• Coordinate design elements such as cabinetry, countertops, vanities, storage solutions, tile, hardware, fixtures, trim, and associated remodeling materials.
• Solicit and assess quotes from cabinet manufacturers, countertop fabricators, plumbing suppliers, tile vendors, and other material providers.
• Evaluate supplier proposals for pricing, specifications, completeness, and lead times.
• Engage with vendors to clarify design inquiries, pricing inconsistencies, product availability, and specifications.
• Keep organized records of customer choices, quotes, specifications, and supplier confirmations.
• Ensure that all materials conform to approved designs, customer selections, and company quality standards.
• Place orders for cabinets, countertops, fixtures, tile, hardware, and other remodeling materials with authorized suppliers.
• Verify dimensions, finishes, accessories, quantities, pricing, and delivery timelines before finalizing orders.
• Monitor material orders from purchase to delivery.
• Collaborate with project managers to guarantee timely delivery of materials for installation.
• Inform internal teams about order updates, delays, backorders, and supplier issues.
• Reduce costly ordering mistakes through meticulous review of designs, specifications, and purchase documents.
• Work closely with design consultants, project managers, production staff, field supervisors, installers, and suppliers throughout each project.
• Maintain professional communication with clients, vendors, and internal team members.
• Engage in design reviews, project transitions, and coordination meetings.
• Proactively identify and address design, material, and ordering challenges.
• Cultivate a collaborative, accountable, and customer-centric work environment.
• Over 5 years of experience in kitchen and bathroom design, cabinetry design, interior remodeling, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in using **2020 Design** software.
• Experience in creating cabinet layouts, floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.
• Strong grasp of kitchen and bathroom remodeling concepts, cabinetry, countertops, plumbing fixtures, tile, and associated materials.
• Experience in coordinating material quotes, purchasing, or supplier interactions.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently while adhering to deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Preferred qualifications include:
• Experience with a residential remodeling contractor or design-build company.
• Familiarity with cabinet manufacturers and remodeling suppliers.
• Experience in reviewing architectural drawings and construction documents.
• Knowledge of purchasing, procurement, or inventory management.
• Experience with CRM, project management, or estimating software.
