This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Accurately process supplier invoices and assist with accounts payable tasks, ensuring attention to detail.
• Collaborate with supplier account teams and key stakeholders to address invoice and payment issues.
• Aid in project invoicing, reconciliation tasks, and the management of financial records.
• Keep precise records of project-related expenses, commitments, and documentation.
• Support budget tracking, cost reporting, and month-end cost capture activities.
• Organize project documentation submissions and offer administrative assistance to Project Leads.
• Supervise project deliverables and follow up on necessary administrative actions.
• Maintain professional communication with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project and financial processes.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Accounts Payable or a comparable finance administration position.
• Educational qualification or background in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in processing invoices, reconciling transactions, and managing financial records.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to work autonomously while effectively contributing to a team environment.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Pronto, or similar platforms.
• High level of attention to detail and dedication to accuracy.
• Readiness to handle increased workloads during month-end periods when necessary.
