Senior Project Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive execution of Healthy Volunteers and Patient Clinical Pharmacology initiatives.

• Serve as the main liaison for sponsor project teams.

• Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets effectively.

• Proactively identify, foresee, and address potential risks.

• Provide strategic leadership within a matrixed project framework.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance, and readiness for audits.

• Play a vital role in promoting business growth and operational excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant clinical research experience in a CRO or biopharmaceutical setting.

• Minimum of 4 years of complete project management responsibility for global clinical studies.

• Experience in Phase 1 and Phase Ib trials.

• Strong financial skills in managing study budgets.

• Leadership capabilities to motivate and oversee globally distributed teams.

• Capacity to handle multiple studies simultaneously.

• Expertise in risk management.

• Excellent client relationship management skills.
