Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of Healthy Volunteers and Patient Clinical Pharmacology initiatives

• Serve as the main contact for sponsor project teams

• Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets effectively

• Proactively identify, assess, and address potential risks

• Provide leadership at a senior level within a matrix project framework

• Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance, and readiness for audits

• Support business growth and operational excellence initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant clinical research experience in a CRO or biopharmaceutical setting

• Minimum of 4 years of complete project management responsibility for global clinical trials

• Experience in Phase 1 and Phase Ib studies

• Strong financial skills in managing study budgets

• Leadership abilities to motivate and manage teams spread across the globe

• Capacity to handle multiple studies simultaneously

• Expertise in risk management

• Excellent client relationship management skills
