Senior Project Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive project management for various simultaneous technical and business projects, ensuring compliance with quality benchmarks and organizational protocols.

• Facilitate project planning, scheduling, resource distribution, and execution to guarantee successful outcomes.

• Proactively identify, document, and address project risks and challenges early on; establish and uphold project governance, documentation, and reporting standards.

• Engage with stakeholders at all levels through effective communication, offering status updates, risk evaluations, and recommended actions tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Foster strong relationships across teams to ensure accountability and alignment with project objectives.

• Collaborate with engineering and cybersecurity teams to ensure that technical requirements are incorporated into larger project milestones.

• Lead or contribute to initiatives aimed at process improvement, enhancing workflows and implementing best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

• Conduct 'lessons learned' sessions to pinpoint areas for enhancement and promote continuous learning within the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8+ years of progressive project management experience, ideally within technology-driven environments.

• 2-3 years of experience in cybersecurity, particularly with knowledge of Google SecOps.

• Solid understanding of SIEM, SOAR, and MDR technologies, with the capability to manage security operations onboarding projects.

• Possess a PMP certification and demonstrate a successful track record of managing multiple complex projects concurrently.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with the interpersonal acumen to manage diverse stakeholder expectations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
