This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of extensive IT projects, emphasizing healthcare software implementations, system integrations, and upgrades.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, such as Product Development, Implementations, Sales, and Customer Success, to establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring they align with organizational goals, client needs, regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA), and clinical guidelines.
• Actively identify and address project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing effective strategies to ensure the success of the project.
• Manage project resources, including internal team members, external vendors, and third-party contractors, to maximize productivity and meet project milestones.
• Enhance communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, providing regular updates regarding project status, risks, and crucial decisions.
• Conduct project post-mortems and lessons learned sessions to pinpoint areas for improvement and best practices, fostering continuous process optimization and organizational learning.
• Mentor and guide junior project team members, offering support to enhance their project management skills and professional growth.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
• 7–8 years of project management experience, showcasing proven team leadership capabilities.
• In-depth understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end project delivery within a technology or SaaS environment.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
