This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Assume complete responsibility for the product lifecycle, from assembling and expanding a team to executing a comprehensive product release.
• Develop the roadmap, recruit talent, and collaborate closely with UI/UX teams.
• Manage all operational tasks necessary to meet business objectives.
• Grow and expand the team based on product requirements.
• Recruit developers, designers, analysts, QA engineers, and other specialists.
• Establish efficient collaboration processes and nurture a robust team culture.
• Lead the product from MVP to a full-scale launch.
• Define and uphold the Product Roadmap in alignment with business objectives and user requirements.
• Approve and supervise UI/UX decisions throughout the development lifecycle.
• Perform market and competitor analysis to inform product decisions.
• Set goals, success metrics, and key deliverables for the product.
• Organize, prioritize, and monitor milestones to ensure timely delivery.
• Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage workflows effectively.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
• Manage operational tasks necessary for product support and scalability.
• Collaborate with leadership (CTO, CPO, CEO) to ensure alignment on product strategy.
• Facilitate regular meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure transparent communication regarding progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Oversee product testing and quality assurance processes.
• Provide post-launch product support: collect feedback, strategize improvements, and drive user adoption.
• Monitor performance metrics and continually optimize the product.
• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in technology-focused companies.
• Experience in the fintech sector (e.g., payments, banking, compliance, KYC/KYB, card issuance, or related fields) is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams effectively.
• Practical experience in taking products from MVP to market launch.
• Strong comprehension of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Background in business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in collaborating with UI/UX teams and validating design solutions.
• Capability to balance strategic vision with daily operational responsibilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Industry expertise in SaaS.
• English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level.
