Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop, strategize, and oversee challenging customer implementation projects utilizing agile and hybrid-agile methodologies.

• Spearhead full-cycle delivery for intricate enterprise SaaS solutions.

• Oversee extensive technical and digital transformation initiatives.

• Establish project goals and ascertain requirements, obstacles, costs, timelines, scope, and resource necessities.

• Facilitate resolution of customer and team issues while proactively identifying potential project or business challenges.

• Communicate alterations and assume responsibility for project success across equipment, business processes, vendor management, technical implementation, deployment, and training.

• Ensure adherence to applicable standards, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations; coordinate system enhancements.

• Provide guidance to both intra- and inter-company team leaders and project personnel.

• Collaborate with Services Consultants, Developers, Product Management, Leadership, Legal, Sales, and Customer Operations.

• Prepare and deliver internal and external executive presentations with actionable recommendations.

• Manage capital and operational expenditures while partnering with Finance for precise service invoicing.

• Create proposals and cost estimates for Service Delivery projects in collaboration with Sales and Pre-Sales teams.

• Organize and facilitate Scrum events.

• Manage stakeholders, globally distributed teams, and organizational changes.

• Ensure adherence to project quality, timelines, financial targets, and company OKRs.

• Identify risks, devise contingency strategies, and lead resolution for broad-impact issues.

• Continuously enhance delivery processes and team performance.

• Oversee multi-million-dollar program budgets and contracts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in SaaS enterprise implementation and delivery projects.

• Project Management Certification such as PMP.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification.

• Proven experience in establishing agile project deliveries.

• Experience in managing SaaS configuration projects throughout their entire life cycle.

• Educational background in chemistry, biology, or life sciences.
