Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery process of large-scale, cross-functional technology projects, including digital transformation and platform modernization initiatives.

• Act as the main point of contact between technology and business teams, ensuring alignment on objectives, scope, dependencies, and outcomes.

• Manage project planning, execution, and delivery, focusing on timeline management, risk mitigation, and issue resolution to achieve scope, budget, and schedule targets.

• Convert business requirements into actionable technical strategies in partnership with engineering, product, data, security, and infrastructure teams.

• Offer clear guidance and supervision to delivery teams while remaining actively involved in project execution.

• Provide executive-level reporting and insights, ensuring transparency regarding progress, risks, financials, and compliance with governance standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project or program management delivering intricate technology initiatives within large, matrixed organizations.

• Proven track record of leading digital transformation or large-scale technology modernization projects.

• Strong capability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, embodying a “roll-up-your-sleeves” approach.

• Demonstrated success in managing multiple stakeholders at various levels, including senior executives.

• Practical experience with project management tools like JIRA or similar platforms, along with expertise in project delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).

• Proficient in financial and budget management tools such as Clarity or equivalent systems.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (high school diploma plus 4 years of relevant experience).
