This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Primary liaison for Project Managers and Service Partners to gather essential data required for the seamless scheduling and execution of data center projects.
• Collaborates with Sales, Production, and Service teams to acquire and maintain customer-focused data in support of the Creatio and Peaxy data systems.
• Develops and upholds processes to facilitate data collection and the distribution of vital information to key stakeholders.
• Oversees the Return Material Authorization (RMA) process via the Creatio database for ZincFive Field Service, OEM UPS, and Authorized Service Partners, which includes creating and maintaining process documentation.
• Responsible for crafting the budget for data system requirements as necessary.
• Guarantees a smooth and professional transition of project data to the assigned long-term service organization.
• Organizes and conducts meetings as needed to ensure effective project execution.
• Contributes best practices to the corporate project management function, including processes and SOPs.
• Assists internal customers with specific data requests.
• Coordinates training sessions for internal and external partners regarding the use of Creatio and other relevant data systems.
• Updates Creatio with relevant data at the start of the project and finalizes documentation upon project completion.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent years of experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project/data management.
• Exceptional data management skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other necessary software for data management.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to successfully complete projects.
• Capacity to coordinate the efforts of various teams to ensure the right skills are available at the right time for effective project management.
• Experienced in managing change and mitigating risks.
• PMP certification.
