This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
β’ Establish the project's scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables for initiatives within the Sales Tech domain, while ensuring that project documentation is maintained throughout the entire project lifecycle.
β’ Organize meetings to collect business and functional requirements, document decisions made, and convert objectives into project plans, task lists, and status communications.
β’ Coordinate efforts between internal teams and external resources, including IT management, architects, database administrators, network teams, and Salesforce specialists, to facilitate execution in line with established milestones.
β’ Oversee project progress, evaluate risks and dependencies, and implement issue resolution strategies with stakeholders to uphold delivery objectives.
β’ Monitor project accounting, assist with estimation activities, and deliver regular status updates, progress reports, and narrative summaries for team members, business requestors, and executive stakeholders.
β’ Cultivate stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle by managing expectations, communicating guidelines and deadlines, and ensuring accountability for deliverables.
β’ Assist with onboarding and project readiness initiatives for new team members through knowledge transfer, planning support, and documentation alignment.

β’ A minimum of 6 years of experience in managing projects or programs within information technology, sales support, financial services, or a similar business environment.
β’ At least 4 years of experience in developing project plans, budgets, status reports, risk registers, and lifecycle documentation for cross-functional initiatives.
β’ A minimum of 4 years of experience in facilitating requirements gathering, estimation sessions, stakeholder meetings, and delivery reviews with both business and technical teams.
β’ At least 3 years of experience working with enterprise technology teams, including IT management, architects, database administrators, network teams, or platform specialists like Salesforce professionals.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience utilizing project management methods, tools, and reporting practices to monitor deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and project accounting.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, project management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, relevant experience, and/or military service.
