Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Supervise a team comprised of Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and Project Assistants.

• Oversee all facets of assigned projects while managing customer interactions.

• Engage in business development initiatives with clients, fostering relationships through meetings and presentations.

• Take part in proposal activities to align with customer expectations and ensure a comprehensive scope of services.

• Delegate and coordinate responsibilities for project execution.

• Address project staffing requirements to guarantee quality deliverables.

• Maintain high-level communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any conflicts.

• Execute supervisory responsibilities in line with policies and relevant laws.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Director of Project Management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of ten years of experience related to high voltage systems.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant field of study.

• Proficient in general civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical industries.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project.
